Certain materials require specific care because of their characteristics. For your jewelry to remain pristine over time, we recommend following the guidelines for each mentioned material:
Rule of thumb for all Accessories

Avoid exposure to fragrance, soap, cosmetics or other chemicals.

Best to wait for perfume or other cosmetics to have completely dried before wearing your jewelry

Best to avoid exposure to water (fresh, chlorinated or salt) or exposure to heat (i.e. prolonged exposure to sun), especially for gold plated

Avoid performing physically demanding activities (sports, cleaning etc.) while wearing your jewelry

Avoid sleeping wearing your jewelry to prevent possible tangling with bedding fabric

Store jewelry in their original box/pouch individually or in a fabric-lined jewelry case with secured place separate from other jewelry

In case of an impact or a hit to your jewelry, stone setting may need to be checked. Do not force clasps, joints and metal frames. If the stone feels like it’s loose, do not wear your jewelry until you get it checked by us.

Store your jewelry with chains; elongated(closed) and laid flat to avoid tangling
For Gold Plated Silver Accessories

Avoid contact with Water, Perfume, Hairspray, Lotions & Bleach

Avoid humidity, heat, overexposure to the sun

When needed, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft dry cloth with no visible frizz(optical or sunglass wipe) to retain its shine


For Diamond Pieces

Diamonds can be exposed to water

Clean your diamond jewelry using a soft brush and small amount of neutral-pH liquid soap and rinse with fresh warm water and dry with a soft dry cloth
For Mother-of-Pearl

Avoid contact with water to prevent any damage

Delicately clean using soft dry cloth

As it is a naturally soft material, it is susceptible to small scratches on its surface


For Malachite

Over time, Malachite will naturally evolve to have a matte surface, a characteristic unique to the stone. (just like bronze turning to patina)

Avoid contact with water to prevent alteration to stones natural evolution

We pledge to create the highest quality of handmade jewelry for our customers and we stand by our products. Thus, we offer a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on all items purchased from Senjore Jewelry. Please note that we do not offer lifetime guarantee on any items purchased outside of our own website, flagship store or boutique stockists listed on our website. Receipt must be presented to use the lifetime guarantee. The guarantee covers the following:

Broken string or elastic

Cracked beads

Damaged lock or closure
Please note that the guarantee does not cover plating issues, or discoloration of beads and leather. The customer is still responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns and Exchanges
You can easily return your Senjore Jewelry creation within 30 days of delivery date, to exchange with another beautiful Senjore piece or for a refund to your original payment method. Your purchase has to be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for full refund, if applicable.
If you wish to return your purchase, we will provide you a pre-paid Return Label. Please send back your return or exchange via the provided pre-paid Return label, with all protective measures within the parcel in place as you received it. We strongly recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself
All returns will be subject to thorough quality control to ensure that the returned products satisfy the previously mentioned requirements. If the returned product satisfies quality control, we will issue the applicable refund or exchange. Senjore reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange, if the piece is showing any signs of wear, has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. In case the return or exchange is rejected, we will send you back your purchase.
For holiday orders purchased between Nov. 1st and Dec 31st, returns and exchanges will be accepted through Jan 15th.
