Shipping

  • We review your order and have it ready to ship within 3 business days

  • Estimated standard shipping duration is 3 to 6 days. Complimentary shipping to United States for orders $350+ before taxes

  • Signature is required for deliveries

After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email (unless further communication is needed). Your order will be ready to ship within 3 business days after purchased. As we hand over your package to our partner courier, you will receive another email with shipping information and tracking number. Signature is required for all packages of $500 or over. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correctly entered, and that your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. Online orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box, APO/FPO address, UPS pick-up locations or hotels. Please note that in the interest of security, an adult must be present at the delivery address for acceptance of the package. 

 

We deliver worldwide too! Wherever you are in the world, you’re just a click away. It should be noted however, the checkout total for orders outside of United States, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside of North America, may be subject to additional costs due to applicable taxes and duties in the destination country imposed by their customs agency. We will do everything in our power to inform you of possible taxes, duties or delays caused by the destination country’s customs agency, within 2 days of your order.

Returns and Exchanges

You can easily return your Senjore Jewelry creation within 30 days of delivery date, to exchange with another beautiful Senjore piece or for a refund to your original payment method. Your purchase has to be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for full refund, if applicable.

 

If you wish to return your purchase, we will provide you a pre-paid Return Label. Please send back your return or exchange via the provided pre-paid Return label, with all protective measures within the parcel in place as you received it. We strongly recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself

 

All returns will be subject to thorough quality control to ensure that the returned products satisfy the previously mentioned requirements. If the returned product satisfies quality control, we will issue the applicable refund or exchange. Senjore reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange, if the piece is showing any signs of wear, has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. In case the return or exchange is rejected, we will send you back your purchase.

 

For holiday orders purchased between Nov. 1st and Dec 31st, returns and exchanges will be accepted through Jan 15th.
